Stephanie Francom - President

Stephanie Francom feels a deep-rooted connection with women and is committed to supporting them to realize their individual potential to use the strength of their womanhood to impact the world. She's been happily married to her sweetheart for 16 years. Deeply attracted to his thirst for knowledge, she followed his example and pursued her own education, first attending 2 years at a religious college, then becoming Montessori trained, and further being educated in alternative health and the classics. She and her husband have always taught their seven children at home with a leadership education in the classics. She has completed her 5 Pillar Certification at GWC and is currently pursuing her degree with an emphasis on Womanhood. Her senior project is to take her proposed curriculum and make it widely available to other women through the Art of Womanhood organization.

Kelly Hansen - CEO

Kelly feels passionate about the ability women have to effect quiet, yet powerful change in the world around them and is thrilled to be part of an organization focused on the development and refinement of women to this end. She is lucky to be married to her best friend and soul mentor, Shawn Hansen, a patient and wise man. Taking a long road to arrive there, her life now revolves around the mentoring, loving and mothering of six children. Their ages range from 18 to 3, Brittany, Taylor, Amber, Rebecca, Sarah and Amanda. Their family moved from Logan, Utah to San Diego, California 4 1/2 years ago and there discovered home schooling and, more importantly, the principles of A Thomas Jefferson Education. Application of those principles has healed her home and created an understanding and reverence for her role as a woman. She is currently the Thomas Jefferson Adjunct for Dehesa Charter School where she travels throughout Southern California Counties mentoring others in the application of Thomas Jefferson Education. Additionally, she brings with her a background in business with 17 years of managerial experience.

Jennifer Hahn - Secretary

I am an extremely blessed mother of three beautiful children (I can say that because they're mine!), a girl 9 yrs old, a boy 5yrs old, and a baby boy 23 months old.  We are expecting our fourth child in February and are thrilled with this new discovery!!   I wouldn't be where I am today without my incredibly patient, loving and intelligent husband.  He is my strength and encouragement.

I grew up on a farm in Paul, Idaho as the oldest of 6 children.  I give all credit to my parents for giving me the ambition, courage, and freedom to achieve my goals and become the person I became in my pre-married life.  They continue to give me much strength today.  I completed my undergraduate work at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah before serving a mission for my church in the California, Los Angeles Mission.  Most of my time was spent in the Temple Visitor's Center and the rest with the incredible people of Spanish decent.  After my mission I continued my schooling by transferring to Idaho State University and completing my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dental Hygiene.

I currently work in my profession about 4 days a month when my husband can spend some great daddy time with our children.  I am a great advocate of alternative health and little by little I take extra classes here and there to strengthen my knowledge in this field.  I have served in my church in many of the different organizations and am grateful for the incredible lessons I learn from the people I serve and have served with.  My family and I were introduced to Thomas Jefferson Education a year ago by a dear friend of mine.  Everyone of my family members have a huge love for books right down to my baby and we love the opportunities we have for reading together and discussing great books.

Art of Womanhood has enhanced my ability to mentor my children and boosted us to a new level in our education.  The books that I have read in the Art of Womanhood courses and the incredible women I have met that have shared their lives and stories with me have all impacted our lives in a beautiful way.  I hope to share this impact with many other women.  I am so grateful for the association I have with the women in Art of Womanhood and I hope to follow in their footsteps, changing the world one step at a time!!
